Pathetic Service!!!

I am absolutely appauled by the service of Standard bank. I applied for a homeloan 2 months ago and it was approved for R1.4 mil but decided not to purcahse a property anymore. I applied recently again more than 2 weeks now and they have declined it because some incompetent person could not capture the details correctly. I then had to contact my personal banker, who is even worse than the people at the call center when it comes to actually doing something. I had requested for a new banker 3 months ago and up unitl now nobody has even contacted me. I email my personal banker who doesnt even bother to respond for the past week! I am paying for a service that is of no use to me, when you call the call center they are only trained to tell you what appears on the system any other question they cannot answer. Standard bank is such a useless bank in 3 days i already received a final approval from FNB and Nedbank and to think i have been banking with standard bank for over 10 years now. They wouldnt even bother to call and give you an update, this is honestly such pathetic service.
