I bought a cellphone from FNB and the insurance and I was told that my access was going to be R500 and unfortunately my phone fall and the glass the screen glass cracked even though it was still operating, I put a claim with FNB device insurance and they collected the phone and I was told they have to replace the phone I asked why because only the glass was broken and it was still operating I didn't get the answer that made sense.
Later I was asked to pay R2410 access which I denied that's a lot of money and if I pay it will be almost the same as buying a new phone, except that I was told my access is R500 not R2410. So I asked the repairer to give me back my phone but I was told it is now a property of FNB AND I am still paying for the phone without enjoying the benefits of the phone I am going to report this to the Ombudsman
