Standard Bank's service is beyond pathetic. Got approved for a home loan and got assigned beyond pathetic attorney's who have no idea how to speak to people properly and who do not know how to treat clients, I have requested that we get new attorney but have been denied. I am the client and I am paying these fee. The least I expect is professional people who will treat me properly. This is bad on Standard Bank as they allow people like that to be on there panel and what is worse they will not let me get a new attorney and I am there client and they should be keeping me happy. I refuse to pay for such bad service. I brought my account over but I am regretting coming to Standard Bank when things are starting out this bad already. They do not seem to care what there clients want or how they feel. All I am asking for is new attorney's so I can have some joy and pleasure in buying our 1st house. This has been an unpleasant experience and so far nothing has been resolved. We lodged a complaint last week Monday and Thursday they said they would phone us and still nothing. BEYOND PATHETIC SERVICE!!! BEING A CLIENT CLEARLY COUNTS FOR NOTHING SO LONG AS THEY MAKE MONEY OFF US.
