Wanting to make early payment to absolutely secure our accommodation and being refused this as we were reassured that our booking was safe. Being in contact via SMS and telephonically the entire day to confirm the accommodation... and our accommodation was given away 2 hours before our arrival.!!!
If this is the level of service we receive prior to staying at this venue then I would hate to know what our stay would have been like. This was the second time in 2 days that a guest house in the East Rand just cancelled our accommodation after we have received confirmation.
I am absolutely shocked and disgusted in this level of extremely poor service and disregard for the customer satisfaction. And further more plain common decency.
