I am disappointed by the fact that after i make my first claim at zero excess, i get a letter of increase from CEO notify me of an increase in excess from zero to R3300. am i being punished for making a claim? Again this is breach of contract as i clearly stated when i reduced my excess and increased my premium 2 months ago that i dont want excess. now without being consulted i am forced to pay the premium i was qouted for zero excess 2 months ago for a R3300 excess.
