I have an FNB platinum check and platinum credit account. I don't even know if I have a personal premium banker, or if I just use a general pool of bankers. I have been getting repeated posts, to the wrong address, informing me that my account is frozen and a payment didn't go through. My accounts aren't frozen. I don't understand why they are sending me post about this instead of calling me?
I have been waiting 4 days for a response to a query I emailed to the premium banking channel. I received an automated response and said I would be contacted within 24h.
