You can wish you had my premier banke

A while ago, I had complained a bit about the FNB platinum package and the level of service I received from Premier Banking in general.

Then, two weeks ago, I received a mail to inform me that I have been assigned a new premier banker, Sannie Twala.

Now I dont know if the events are related at all, but man am I glad I have Sannie.

She always goes the extra mile. She even phoned me one saturday to notify me that there will be charge on my account, but I need not worry as it will immediately also be reversed.
