Urst geyser, 3 days later NOTHING

Reported burst geyser, confusion on risk address, they say they will listen to tape. i know where the problems . have payed the right premium, since nov 2011. for our other house. the address they have is for our town house. All can be proved with old policy from ned bank. also we have insurance on the town house with ned bank which my wife pays. will they contact me NO. Been shoved around for one person to another. a guy at Center called kovan (or close to) said he would contact me by 5 pm monday, like. He would always be busy or not avaible, even when left messages on internal system. DO SOMETHING, OR LOOSE MY CUSTOM
