Terrible Service

I went to collect my credit card at the absa adderley street branch and I told the consultant to link up all my accounts so that when I want to pay up the card I just transfer the funds myself but to my dismay this morning. I tried to do this but I couldn't so how am I supposed to pay the card??? I am disappointed as I have had countless problems with Absa in the past..I would appreciate it if they could email me to resolve this issue and not phone me please also set up internet banking so I can do the transfer like that as well as at the atm.
