I WILL ONLY DEAL WITH A MANAGER NOW

1. Wife had an accident. YOU assessed the car. It was YOUR tracker. YOU sent us to a bad panel beater. Got the car back with NEW damage from the panel shop. YOU took your sweet time to re-assess the car. Now the problem is mine. YOU want to send it back to the same cowboys. Bear in mind the warrantee is subject to Hyundai approval - and they were not happy. To make things worse, the car hire portion will now be MY problem because YOUR panel shop made a mistake on MY car. Lets not let this get any worse. Get a DECISION MAKER to call me. I will not deal with your telephone staff robots. Claim 138045.
2. Last week some cute lady called and spoke to me about our Discovery adviser for my life policy, that has only spoken to me ONCE over the time. She explained that someone would call the next day. That was a week ago. And you call yourself professionals??? Really.

I want these issues sorted out immediately. I will not suffer due to your ineptitude. Lets not this escalate. I am the wrong person and I am now sick of your bull.

REMINDER... DONT GET A ROBOT CLERK TO CALL, LETS NOT GO THERE... YOU HAVE WASTED ENOUGH OF MY GOODWILL..
