I called Miway, and ask them if i can reactivate my policy? Well, believe me or not. Some people know how to talk with clients.
They make you feel like without you the company will close down, and I just love it. I pray if all companies can have people like Mary Murefu from Miway, who knows how to explain thinks in full and in an understanding way.
I'm glad that my issue was accepted, from now on I'm back with Miway. OH!! Please don't think that I had a problem with Miway. NO NO NO, I was just in a place where I had to put my car on sale. So I asked if can I or be allowed to deactivate my policy while I sell my car. Then Miway said YES!
