It is now the second time this year that my account got put on hold without notifying me!!!

I tried to draw money from the ATM and got a error message that says "account problem", phoned the Absa helpline and was told that my account is on hold because of the FICA regulations, I told the lady that my account has been FICA, just by the way to be exact in January in the Germiston branch, the lady then just told me the FICA was not done correct??? What the??? Then why are they then employed if they can not do their work?

So now I need to take another day off from work to sort my account out again, with out pay!!! Just because Absa staff did not do their work properly!!!

It is my money and now I can not even use it?!!!

This is unacceptable!
