FICA again and again and again

We have had to FICA our account 4 times in 13 months. Unbelievable that ABSA FICA department cannot get it right. Our account manager has all the documents and resubmits every time they put our account on hold but a few months later it is back on hold AGAIN. Do you know what it feels like to know that you have money in your credit card but every time you go into a store and use it you are afraid because it might be on hold AGAIN. Not a nice feeling to be followed by the store manager to the ATM to draw cash from another account to pay for your groceries - I don't appreciate being treated like a common criminal when there is money in our account and the FICA has been accepted and signed off 4 times now. We have been reassured time and time again that this won't happen again but it does happen a few months later. We have been promised a follow up call from the Area manager - Nope that too does not happen. I am sure it is simpler to just open an account at another financial institution and FICA it once off the first time! Is the treatment you get after being a customer for 27 years!
