Portia assisted me quite professionally to finalise and basically sign on the dotted line. She was patient when I informed her that I will have to compare her quote to that of other institutions and called me back at the exact agreed times to confirm whether I am interested to take up the offer. The difference between her and other call centre operators is that she was professional in her approach, not making me feel as if I would be doing her a disservice if I do not take up the offer.
