It had been 14 days of waiting for these words "your claim has been approval". I was now at the point of taking for my car back. Silindile Chiya took the case with a promise to resolve it ASAP. Approx 6 hrs later she got my claim approved. Accidents are just accidents and should be treated as such. I took car insurance with Unity so they can help me get back on my feat when I can't help myself. I hope her colleagues that worked on this claim before will learn that efficiency is very important.
