I had the unfortunate experience of being stranded on the side of the road with my vehicle due to a pothole experience. Both my rim and tire had been damaged and once i had it replaced, i contacted my insurance company and got through to Happiness Mpongose. This is my first time with unity and in all my years of driving this was my first ever claim. I did not know what to expect, as i had never ever put in a claim before. I was totally blown away by what i was confronted with from Happiness. She dealt extremely well with me, and needless to say i was lost for words as to how she handled my claim. Not only was she professional but friendly. If our service industry has more people like Happiness we would not need a complaints industry. I will add that this is my first time with Unity insurance and it wont be my last, thanks to Happiness.
