I had my first claim with OUTSURANCE and the manner the claim was handled was nothing short of excellent. Both the person taking down the info, following up and the investigator were extremely helpful and guided us in the process and next steps. then the claim approval and payment was done in a time I never thought could be done; I actually thought- let's see if this can be done so quickly and sure enough it was; wow. GREAT!!! Thanks
