Iv been trying to get a refund from you guys for almost a month.
My premiums almost doubled when I relocated back to Durban from Cape Town (even though Iv been with you for almost 5 years and got a much better rate from your competitor).
Iv been pushed from pillar to post between Unity and Roman. It's a measly amount that was debited after I canceled my insurance and I'd just like it to be reimbursed.
The refund needs to come from Unity according to Roman.
Please investigate my claim and reimburse me.
