I would like to compliment Unity Insurance, and especially the Agent whom handled my claim process, Linton Asogan Naidoo, for the very efficient, friendly and caring manner in which the claim process and finalisation was handled.
His telephone manner was excellent and friendly, explanations concise, and the finalising of the claim was done quickly and efficiently.
