I ordered a Nokia 520 Lumia, which i received however the device did not have a memry card that normaly comes with devices which I don't understand and when i called your call centre i was answered by a lady who was rude and not even intrested in what I had to say until I got really irritated and hung up. I have had the device for a week but i am considering taking this matter up with my lawyers and cancel this contract...
