I have spoken to buly and she is a very rude agent her service is extremely bad.i am going to take this forward to who ever I will get to.i am still waiting for my claim of which I need to bury my grandma in peace and now this buly of yours just made my days worse. I am waiting for a line manager to call me as I have asked the rude agent.
