Do not expect prompt service from One Plan, especially if you have cancer and need treatment because chances are that you'll be dead by the time they respond if at all. my husband was diagnosed with cancer of the bladder which was removed, he however needs chemo therapy. I submitted the necessary documentation
on 1st October and on the 14 th November again and guess what? Still waiting and he propably will die before some one at One Plan decides to respond.
And thats the service that we pay for every month. The very least response I think would have been to say " hang on, we're looking into your request", but just nothing.
So yes, if you're very ill and you have a One plan policy chances are that you die before a response from them
is forthcoming
