I had taken Insurance for my mum to fly to CT at the end of this month for a family wedding. My mum has since been diagnosed with cancer and the doctors extended and changed her treatment plan which does not allow her to fly so i needed to cancel the flight and when i called the Kulula Insurance providers i got a really inconsiderate response to say that she had a precondition so she is not covered which is unfair cos it is discriminatory to cancer patients, does not meant they will never fly. So i took a chance and called the customer care, spoke to Danielle who was patient and understanding and asked me to hold on as she wanted to speak to her supervisor, she came back and asked me to send her a letter from the doctor which i did and before the day was over she came back to me saying she has created a money bank for me so i can use that to purchase a ticket anytime. I found her to be warm, compassionate and understanding and SO helpful
