Unprofessional on the Highest level

I was contacted by Kabelo from the Home Loans Division at 13:52 today regarding my online application that i did this morning. The call was shocking. It seemed as if they were having their Year end function at his desk. He was laughing at his colleagues jokes in the middle of our conversation and 90% of the time i could not even hear him between the laughter and chatting in the background. a home loan may not be serious to them but it is to millions of people. For such a big brand name one expects high customer service levels.
