MY ACCOUNT DEBITED 3 TIMES IN 3 DAYS

I am in arreas with Bayport and the arrangement was that I pay an extra R100 to my account. Firstly, they do not stick to the debit date that we agreed upon and they started going to my account on the 19th, they deducted yesterday on the 20th, they deducted again today on the 21st. I am incurring charges and I did not agree to this. If they deduct twice in my account in two days, how am I supposed to survive through the month.

I spoke to Kgomotso and explained what happened and she said I can reverse my money if that is what I want to do. This costs me bank charges and I am not happy.
