Yesterday I pulled money at STD bank ATM In Pinelands Howard centre. I pulled R1200 and my money never came out the machine. STD was closing because it was about 15.49pm. I called one of the workers there to assist me because there was people still in the bank. He assist me and was very helpful because he could see my money not coming out.he logged the call with STD bank and called me back with my reference no.
I really appreciated the service I got from STD BANK HOWARD CENTRE PINLANDS.he said also I should go to one of capitec branches and they should logged it also but when I got to capitec bank in Athlone the girls looked at me like I my own money and they could not help me when I told them that that was the only money I had and that I need money. They just said that the cant help me it will take 30 days. Not even explaining to me what exactly will take 30 day. I really got furious with the attitude when I told them this was the 3rd time it happen to me but all they could say was they cant do anything. Iv been with capitec for more than 5years and that was the way they treated me.
