I FILED A CLAIM ON BEHALF OF MY LATE MOTHER, TSHEPO TOLD ME THAT SHE HAD A COURTESY CAR ON HER INSURANCE AND EVEN ARRANGED WITH AVIS FOR THE DETAILS FOR ME TO COLLECT IT; BUT SHE FAILED TO INFORM ME THAT SHOULD THE CLAIM BE REJECTED THE BILL WILL BE MINE. NOW I AM QUERYING THAT WITH HER AND SHE IS NOT EVEN TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE MIS-INFORMATION AND I AM LEFT WITH THE BILL THAT I HAVE TO PAY WHEN I WAS NOT GIVEN THE OPTION NOT TO TAKE THE CAR BASED ON THE INFORMATION SHE OMITTED.
I AM GRAVELY DISAPPOINTED WITH MIWAY AND THEIR SERVICE AND I AMA MIWAY CLIENT AND AM LOOKING TO MOVE MY POLICY ELSEWHERE.
