ASSISTANCE PLEASE!!

As on 23/05/2013 I applied for a contract by MTN Direct. Chris assisted me with my application. Week went by and a lot of calling and faxing documents. On the 29/05/2013 I spoke to Jared who assisted me with the application. He said that it is activated, and was very helpful. He gave me a ref number and every thing. I phoned RTT and gave my ref number but they said there is nothing on their side. I phoned back to MTN and the lady said to me that he supervisor is looking to fix the problem, but no one can tell me whats the problem. If my application has been approved why is there such a delay to hand it over to RTT for the delivery? And they keep promising me feedback but they don't give feedback PLEASE MTN i've been with this service provider for 15 years... If it wasn't for Chris or Jared nothing would have been done to my application. =(
