I had been in a financial crisis since the end of April due to family reasons. i then went online and applied a for a loan with Loan Finder SA.. they had accepted my application and one of the responded called and then my application was declined. i then read the contract and its stated that there is a once off fee of R350 that will be deducted from account for a credit snap shot and legal aid. if i do not wish to have this service, i have a 7 day cooling off period. i then called loan sa last week but the consultant said i should wait and then i sent them an email refusing the services fee and they said i should call their call centre. i just called them and instead of the consultant just cancelling my application. she said i must wait for an additional 3 days for other companies. i told her that i dont want the loans anymore as i dont qualify but she still insists on me waiting. i just want my application with loan finders cancelled and the R350 not deducted as i truly need every cent, that i work for. please help me Peter resolve this.
