After hours/days spent I still don't have a phone

I applied online and Telkom took more than a week to respond. I phoned in only to get the application declined because they 'were unable to confirm employment' not once phoning me to confirm the number to phone to confirm employment never once did they inform me I should supply a number to confirm employment they just declined. They didn't even phone my work number - I have a call log and there were no missed calls. I went in store (Centurion Mall-Telkom) waited more than an hour in the queue, spent another half hour completing the application just to hear that they don't have stock (just the previous day the assured me they have PLENTY stock). I was directed to another Branch 20km away when I got there they were unable to complete the application because Telkom Centurion gave me incomplete documentation.. What a waste this is ridiculous!! Terrible communication and I still don't have my phone after a month of application hassles! CellC to compare was quick easy and my online application was approved within hours and my phone was delivered a week later! I would feel ashamed if I was a Telkom employee!
