CATCH A WAKE-UP PEOPLE

In response to sms notifications that my FICA documents are due I submitted same at the beginning of May. On 19 June 2013 Absa blocked all my accounts. I submitted the same documents ons 20 June to Wonda (or something like that). My bank accounts were frozen AGAIN on 9 July. I contacted Tumi at Absa Randburg who admitted that Wonda did do something on his system but he is unable to tell her what he did with my documents. She proceeded to unblock my accounts and as I refused to go into the branch again for a 3rd time; she personally came to my place of my work on 15 July, together with Charlotte, whom I still asked to be a witness that I have handed my documents to Tumi personally. Lo and behold ABSA HAS BLOCKED ALL MY ACCOUNTS AGAIN! Yesterday pm I could not buy my child school shoes thanks to ABSA nor could I fill my car with petrol this morning to get to work!! I have been a client of Absa's for more than 20 years and never in my life have I come across this level of incompetence, poor service, bad attitude and a general unwillingness/incompetence to assist a client. I will NOT be paying any of the bank charges incurred by these games they are playing.
