No one returns emails

I submitted a complaint on the std bank website.
I received a response on the 17 October 2013.
I replied and have sent 2 follow up emails and have not yet received any feedback.
I then submitted a complaint on hello peter - https:///standard-bank/complaints/poor-services-1239027on the 6th of November and once again no one bothered to respond.
Someone must contact me so that I can get this sorted out
