Money was debited from my FNB account for March, May and April. when I queried this matter with AIP services and informing them that the car was infact insured and has been insured from 2011 by my current insurer which I am more than happy with, they then requested proof, which my insurer sent to them and the debit orders stopped.
After calling the AIP call centre several times without any luck of getting through to a consultant I sent an email on 26 June 2013 to AIP services requesting a refund, where I received this response; (Good day

One of our consultants will contact you within 72 hours if you have any query regarding the Assisted Insurance Produc... t) Sadly no one ever called. I later sent another email with a statement from FNB confirming that the money had been debited for three months. I have been sending follow up emails since and no has ever bothered to reply or contact me. please could this be resolve as it has been a huge inconvenience for me.
