Oh my WORD how many times does one need to ask HOME CHOICE to resolve one simple query?
I have sent emails, I have called, to date NO ONE has even bothered calling me back or sending me an email regarding my query.
I logged a call on 27 August, I cannot log-in to my account on the web, after I put in my password it says Please contact customer services.
Now i contact customer services and they are less than helpful saying they will get someone to look at it... OVER TWO MONTHS NOW? I have sent another email on 15 November advising the same and then again on 19th to follow up on the query - nothing no responses.
Just miss a payment on the account and they are calling you like there is no tomorrow.
Home choice is not paying for my phone bill every time I need to contact you and yet you expect your clients to remain with you, SHOCKING AFTER CLIENT SERVICES REALLY!
