Octavia doing her best to mess customers around

Std Bank has a terribel system to increase one's limit. I need to increase my EAP limit and logged a secure message. After a day I got a call back which went straight to my voicemail. Someone called Octavia left a message. She talks very very quickly in the message. She doesnt repeat the number to call back on, after listening multiple times to the message, I deciphered the number, only to learn that she has left an incorrect number that is no longer valid. 20 minutes later through a call centre, they wont give out a direct number, they refuse to CC me on an email to Octavia, they refuse to give me Octavia's email address, so I have no way of increasing this limit. Im sick of Standard Bank, this is the last straw, I am now starting the process to move all my accounts to FNB
