Its almost the third month and my vehicle has still not been repaired.when i call them the person responsible for my claim is never around.i have lost all faith in dial direct and would not choose to do any business with them at this rate.they have failed in simply finding a vw approved dealer they can use in my area.i even went as far as to find one for them and they cannot seem to tell me if they can use that repairer or not
