FNB Approved my overdraft and within two hours withdrew without any valid reason and recalled another overdraft thereby overdrawing my account without any notice whatsoever even though there was an arrangement to settle this overdraft in December 2012 which was never done by the bank. After being with this bank for over five years this is how they treat their clients even my relationship manager was confused on what was going on here. He tried getting through to credit since the 15th April to no success and he promised to come back to me on the 17th at 10:00. I have never been so disappointed in a bank after being with them for over five years and thought that now I would be valued
