This complaint is on behalf of My Mother Hazel Dlamini. Please direct this complaint to the Ucount rewards Manager. She has applied for a rewards card last September (2013) when opening an access account at Westgate Branch. Since her application she has not received a Ucount rewards card. she has contacted the call center on 2 occassions - once from Westgate branch in September & at Clearwater Mall branch in November. Todate She has still not received Her card although on all occasions was told it is in transit. She just wants her card & that is all. I feel this is the only channel we can use to get her request across seeing as She has exhausted all available channels in standard bank. Please help!!!
