We applied for a home loan from Nedbank. After waiting on a response for a week, I was informed that our loan is on hold because it is believed that I forged my own signature on the application!!??
Firstly, how, logically, can or would I forge my own signature? Secondly, why wasn't I contacted just to confirm my declaration of the application? Just a phone call... that's it?
To try and resolve this issue I re-signed the application and included an email, declaring that it was me who signed the document. Still, apparently there is a problem with my signature? I have as a last resort tried to contact Eugene Drotskie, the GM of Home Loan Operations but I was given a could shoulder and told there is now way I will be able to speak with him.
As a Nedbank client, I am very disappointed in the service or lack thereof. If Nedbank doesn't want my business I'll happily take it elsewhere.
Pathetic!
