Switching to FNB not as smooth as they advertise

I switched to FNB some weeks ago and on the 7 November 2013 I was told I will receive my gold cheque card. I phoned customer services I was assured I will receive my card on Monday November 18, again they didn't deliver. I called them again the following day Was told the same story. The only reason I switched to FNB I wanted to earn ebucks, luckily I haven't cancelled my old account with x bank which by the way has the best customer service than What I have experience from FNB. Not really a good first impression
