I switched over to a FNB Platinum account on the 4th (Monday), applying automatically for my check, credit and garage cards. Since then I have had to send through documents to 5 different email and fax numbers - and only after I phone to ask what is going on.
Now I cannot get my credit and garage card because once again some department didnt receive my documents, so I had to send it AGAIN!
They cannot tell me when I will receive my cheque card, and they cannot switch my debit orders over until I receive it. In the meanwhile, my salary is already switched to the new FNB account. I have no card and all my debit orders will bounce if I do not receive my card asap as I get paid on the 23rd.
This is making me wonder if I did the right thing in switching. I sounded so easy on their adds, now its just becoming a hassle to me.
Not impressed so far!! Not even the "personal banking service" is making anything easier - all they can tell me is I have not sent through the docuements - and so I have to send the same documents over and over again!!
