Fantastic Understanding and Attitude

After dealing with 5 different call centre agents, then Wayne answered my 5th call and He took the time to listen, to my request. He not only listened but executed the request with efficiency, speedily and precisely. NEVER in all
the 4 phone calls that I made to 4 different call centre agents have I gotten better service then when Wayne answered the phone. To those who reads this message he is a valuable asset to any company. I hope that he
gets the recognition, that he deserve cause for the first time I felt important enough to be a client of 1Life, He kept calling me back followed up and constantly keep me in the loop as to the progress of my request. He was just FANTASTIC to deal with!!! THANK YOU WAYNE POWELL!! I WISH YOU WELL AND LOOK FORWARD TO DEALING WITH YOU AGAIN IN THE FUTURE!!!
