Good day I made a claim with my insure of a broken window with job number 32502, and since day 1, I have been sent from pillar to post., I was booked for repairs on the 11th but was not serviced because of an automated mail, that cancelled the initial appointment. On Tuesday the 12th., I had to drive to a fitment center in Randburg because they could not get any fitter to come to my house . the window was fitted and the smash and grab was not done. I was then called by Christo, windscreen direct to arrange for a smash and grab tint with PG glass in alberton, when I got there this morning, I was turned away due to lack of payments by windscreen direct to PG glass. I am spending my time and fuel to travel to these place and the insuranc ewas supposed to repair my car at my premises.
