Made an application via the Premier Suite for vehicle finance only to given a rate of prime 2.5 %
Maybe Wesbank should consider that we are premier clients of FNB, good credit rating, excellent affordability.
Nobody actually knows who should be calling back clients for the purposes of negotiation and the people that actually do the negotiation are not very good at it. Angela Ramnarian from GM in Randburg eventually comes back after "talking to management" with an unacceptable rate. Shocking!!!
I am now forced to take up an offer from MFC that are offering a much better rate and we are not even clients of Nedbank or affiliates.
Go figure!!!
