Today I went to visit Absa Randburg to request a statement. A lady by the name of Anna Modingoane assisted me with such eagerness. She realised I was using a savings account to which she showed me the benefits of upgrading to a cheque account and how it would save me money. Then she enquired why I needed a bank statement and I told her I am going to apply for a home loan. She took my details and promised to get someone to call me soon to assist with a home loan application. A lady called me within 15minutes of getting a lead. This is my version of "GREAT SERVICE".
Thanks to Annah and her colleagues for taking clients seriously and having the sense of urgency. Especially because of I was contemplating jumping ship to another bank.
