I recently applied for vehicle finance... As I am a Platinum customer I applied through the premier banking service, they were very helpful, and this is where the fun stops. The representative from FNB Vehicle finance e-mailed me the wrong documentation time and time again; this was after I pointed it out to her numerous times...
They offered me prime plus 4.5, I asked for a better rate as I have a rather big business account with FNB as well as my personal account. They however responded with 'they can't change the rate because it is determined according to my profile'. Apparently to them I am just another profile-
They are deceitful in their ads when they say they will offer you a personalized interest rate. This is not true. I am seriously considering moving all of my account because of this one person.
