Premier Suite does not equal Premier Service

Started a vehicle finance application on the 06/11/2013 because we were told that if we do the application via the premier suite we hold better bargaining power for a good interest rate. That turned out to be a blatant lie.

Finance approved in principal and we were advised by Christa Blom that a marketer from Wesbank will be contacting us to negotiate the interest rate. 14/11/2013 call back to Christa Blom to enquire status of application as no call back received from any marketer.

After much confusion about who the marketer actually is we are told that the marketer works at the dealership anyway.

A process that should have taken max 48 hrs is now going on to a week.

The premier suite promotes itself as a personalized service to its clients. This however was never the case as I had to continuously follow up with them. Where is the customer service??

Wesbank is offering prime 2.5% to clients that have no debt, excellent credit history and great affordability. Also consider i have my homeloan and investment acc and other vehicle finance with FNB.

I am now forced to take my business to MFC because they are offering a better rate and I am not even the client. Go figure!!
