High rate and slow service

I have put an offer on a house. Within a day I got an approval from a private bank, with a rate of prime less 0.75%. As I abnk with FNB i tried to get a bond from them and it got approved today, with a rate of prime plus 0.85%. I had asked my bond originator to ask about the rate last week and nothing has been done about this. I called the bond centre today and was told i have to FAX my quote from the private bank and it will take up to 48 hours - there i no one I can speak to, and - cannot email it. This is urgent on my side as I have signed the offer 2 weeks ago. My premier suite told me it has noting to do with them i have to deal with bonds. My argument is, why have a premier banker who cannot assit you with all banking queries within the bank? I have 2 accounts, credit card, fluid account and my wifes account, so why should I just not move to the private bank - who also does not ahve a monthly admin fee on the bond? and the rate much better, and far better service? so much for "HOW CAN WE HELP YOU'. I have a day to get back to my agent on the bond.
