Hail Damage on my vehicle still not repaired

My car was hit by hail damage on the 20th September 2012 and i proceeded to call in the claim the monday 22th.
It is now 6th May 2013, 7 months later and my car has still not been attended to. Clm:12100357823 is my claim no. how long should I still wait. Ridiculous.
