My car was damaged in the horrific storm that took place on Thursday, 28 November 2013. I had reported the matter to the call centre on Friday and on Sunday an assessor was arranged to assess the hail damage of my car. I would like to express my satisfaction and gratitude to Nolene Smit in handling the matter so promptly.
